A Lot Of Choices With Synthetic Hair Extensions

There are some many different types of synthetic hair extensions that you will be sure to find one that suits your hair and style. Hair extensions can come in three different material, synthetic fibers, real hair, or a mix of synthetic and real hair. Synthetic hair extensions are much less expensive then real hair extensions.

Besides being more affordable synthetic hair extensions also have more variety then natural hair extensions. Synthetic hair extensions can be dyed any color and come in a wise range of textures. It is possible to get wild and crazy hair or very natural looking extensions. Some of the most common fibers used include Kanekalon and Toyokalon.

The color of the hair extension is ranked by numbers. The darker the hair color the lower the number. However the colors will differ depending on the maker and not all numbers will have the same color shade, so pay attention to brands and manufacturers.

Some of the textures for synthetic hair include European, which is a straight texture with a very slight wave. For those looking for an afro look the Jheri Curl is perfect. Afro-Caribbean hair texture can be found with the Yaki.

For a lot of spiral curls the Deep wave is recommended and if you are looking for a softer curl the Romance wave is a good choice. The wet and wild texture is not made of synthetic hair but uses real hair.

You will need to follow the directions when taking care of your hair extensions. Blow drying using very hot air can melt the glue or bonding material. When you purchase the hair extension recommendations on brushing, drying and combing will be included. Otherwise washing your hair extensions is just like washing your hair normally. Stylists recommended that you use a mild shampoo and use heat treatment products.
