If you are going to be exposed under the sun for prolonged periods of time, be kind to your hair extension (and your pocket) by wearing a hat or a cap.

Planning to go to bed for the night or just a quick nap? First, comb or brush your hair to remove tangles. Either put it in a ponytail or a braid to lessen the chances of tangling while sleeping.

You can still style it the same way you would with your natural hair. They can survive styling wands and the occasional blow dryer (at the lowest setting) but it is not recommended that you subject your remi hair extension to chemical treatments. Some remi hair extensions have also undergone treatments to make sure that the cuticle and the hair itself are going in the same direction.
